Thanks to Not That Martha’s recipe for Bacon and Arugula Bread Pudding I was inspired to make a version of my own. But I didn’t have arugula or bacon. Determined to make this work, I improvised with chopped kale I had bought to make kale chips (see First Dish) and some Procuitto di Parma I had in the house. It was fabulous! Thanks Martha!
